Pharmacies and Their Relationships with Prescribing Physicians and Beneficiaries (CPEasy)

Any time a pharmacy provides anything of value to prescribing physicians or government health plan beneficiaries, two statutes — the Physician Self-Referral law (or “Stark law”) and the federal Anti-Kickback Statute — must be considered. This session helps pharmacists avoid the devastating consequences of not structuring their professional relationships accordingly.
